thin walls significant noise

the location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby amenities.

Noise was a significant issue. the walls were thin. I could hear conversations and movements from neighboring rooms. this lack of soundproofing made it difficult to relax or sleep soundly.

The staff were so helpful ordering taxis for me. Directions were clear and easy to follow. My room had all i needed for my stay.

The rooms are not soundproof at all. I could hear my neighbors at any hour. This was true for those next to me and below me.

I found the staff to be genuinely helpful. They assisted with taxi bookings and provided clear directions whenever i needed them. the room had everything i required including great air conditioning, essential. the hotel's proximity to many famous beaches made exploring the island very easy.

the shared pool was located across the road which was a small inconvenience.

breakfast can be eaten at a nearby sister hotel for 10€, offering a convenient option, i did not partake in this service so i cannot comment on its quality. this allows guests flexibility in their morning routine.

Fantastic Stay!

The reception staff were helpful. They provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Taxis were promptly arranged. My room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. I appreciated the good air conditioning. The balcony provided a nice space to relax (especially during the evenings!). I used the pool at the Tropical Hotel. It is just a quick walk away. The pool was spacious with plenty of sun loungers. It also featured a bar. I found the location perfect. It is near essential shops. The rooms look exactly like the photos online. Daily cleaning was much appreciated. The hotel location is nice and quiet. I could easily reach the island's beautiful beaches from this position. I found the 24/7 reception very convenient. The staff were lovely. The quality-price ratio is superb. The bus stop for Ibiza is also nearby. This made exploring the island easy.

The Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in the room.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

noise level poor soundproofing

The location was good.

I was disappointed by the noise levels. The rooms are not soundproofed at all. I could hear the guests in neighboring rooms at all hours, either next door or below. This was a problem in the morning, evening, and during the night.
